At Aagan Foods, we take pride in delivering fresh, natural, and traditionally prepared food products. Due to the nature of our items, which include edible and perishable goods, we follow a strict but fair refund and return policy to ensure food safety and quality for all customers.
All food items once sold are non returnable and non refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, Desi Ghee, Cow Butter, Shakkar, Atta, oils, eggs, spices, and other consumable products.
Refunds or replacements are only considered in the rare event of a verified issue such as receiving an incorrect product, damaged packaging at the time of delivery, or a product that is clearly spoiled upon arrival. In such cases, the issue must be reported within twenty four hours of delivery. Requests made after this time frame may not be entertained.
To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact us through our official contact channels and provide clear photos or videos of the product along with order details. Our team may request additional information to verify the claim before processing any resolution.
If the claim is approved, Aagan Foods may offer a replacement product, store credit, or a partial or full refund at its discretion. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons including but not limited to change of mind, taste preference, incorrect storage after delivery, or delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Delivery delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, such delays do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Aagan Foods reserves the right to refuse refund or replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions or appear to misuse the policy.
